Well well well.

That is all I can say.

The other thought that comes to mind is Ay Papi.

Do you ever just have one of those "Uhg" days/weeks/months?

That feels like what my post Mexico life is going to be.

I am concerned that I am becoming a melodramatic winey people, so I will try to take a chill on the complaining.

Mexico was great. And when I say great, it was horrible also, but I had to get over myself and realize why I was there. The trip not being perfect for my little self-centered, um self, made me realize how much I am always focused on myself. Like in this paragraph, I have already used a personal pronoun 9 times. Jee Wiz. Anyways. I went down with a lot of expectations of what I wanted, where I was going to go, all the big things that I was going to do.

Then God slowed me down and said, "Really, Natalie? Who do you think is in control here?"

I saw the people that I go to school with, live near, and spend all of my time with completely open up and serve. I didn't know people could love like that, but they can. It was entirely refreshing and wonderful.

Top 10 List of Mexico 2010:

3. Mexico Magic, teeheehee.
2. Brick making with my best friends
1. Ninos and ninas at 16th and La Union

Best Day Ever.

I am in Stillwater.
With my BFF.
I love Panera Boy for her.

Hearing her voice makes me happy. We are laughing and screaming about her stalking abilities.
I can't even put into words my excitement to be with her at OSU.

Would I switch to OSU if they had a nursing program? Potentially. Probably.

Love. Love. Love.

I will describe our whole day after tonight, but for now, gotta live the party.

We share a middle name.
We share a job.
We share a heart.
No, not true. That is just creepy. Sorry, hahaha.

*Random post, I know. I told you I would post more though!*

So excited...

... because this week will be a good week.
(this week will be a good week, this week will be a good, good week)
I just know it will.
Tomorrow is jam packed, but of great things. I am having a hard time deciding which of those things to be a part of, which is sad.
Tuesday means Bible Study at the Burketts, which is pure happiness to me.
I. Love. Bible Study.
Wednesday is the big enchilada.
I am going with 2 of my friends to Stillwater to see my BFF. I say BFF because that is what I call her, all the time. Not in the dumb middle school way, but in the she is my best friend and I love her more than sour patch kids and diet coke combined.
(I know, big time, huh?)
The rest of the week is whatever, bc I get to see my BFF on wednesday, and then Saturday she is coming to me, and we are seeing our best friend S. be in valentine cabaret and rock.
So excited doesn't even put it into words.

Mussett.
Mussett is a 20 something year old that I know from Haiti. He was part of HFHC, and hopefully some really huge things are in store for him.
Please pray for this situation, more details to come!

I promise to blog more in the very very near future.
I just tonight remembered my password ;-)!

My next 3 weeks in pictures.

Guys, I am soooo excited.
The next few weeks are going to be the greatest. But really. The greatest.

Although I have to work this week, which most people would hate, I GET to work this week!
I love my job. My little admissions office family makes my heart smile. Love it.

(I realize you don't know who this is... Her name is Dot, and she is my mom. Well not really, but close)

This Friday, my friend Taylor goes to NSO (New Student Orientation) so that she can come to OC. Woohoo! SO ready for her to be here! AND, she will be living down the hall from us!!
(Taylor with Sarah and I on Halloween)

Friday night, I am going to see Brad Paisly with my dear friend Amber, who is like my big sister, and I love it. Will I be wearing cowgirl boots for the concert? DUH!
(Brad Paisly, looking handsome. I would have put a picture of me and Amber, but I didn't like the ones that I found... Amber, we gotta fix that!)

Saturday is Eichen's with the gang. What could be better than fried chicken and my best friends??
NOTHING.
(The food we will get to eat! Obviously not my plaid shirt in the picture, but I thought the food looks great!)

Next week, classes start back up. That also means chapel and seeing all of my friends that I have missed like CRAZY! I feel like those two cancel out the horridness of classes, so yet again, awesome.

(Insert crazy awesome chapel picture here.)

Then comes Friday, and the weekend that I know several people have been eagerly anticipating.
Me and my dear admissions siblings will be going to Arlington to hang out and worship with 5,000 potential OC students. Excited? You have no idea.

(Winterfest is the mind child of Dudley, and I feel like since Mary Watson is one of my dear friends, I can have a picture of Dudders, as she calls him, on my blog)

Monday after Winterfest: No classes, thanks to MLK day.
Obviously awesome.
(I don't really have a comment for this picture. Sorry, MLK.)

The following weekend is my first Winter Retreat with the Edmond College Ministry. Apparently, this is like one of the best events of the year.
(Minus Mexico, obviously. Never fear- there will be many posts about Mexico to come)
I am very very excited to get to know everyone even better, so I know it's going to be great.
(This bridge is GREAT to jump on. Plus the sign that says not to jump on the bridge makes it that much more fun.)

Plus, it's at Lariat Creek, so it will be a for sure party.

See how good my coming weeks are?!? I am so pumped for them!
Actual first hand pictures will be taken and recorded here instead of these Google Images, so you will be along for the adventure too.

It's been real, it's been fun, it's been real fun.
